Traveltech Innovations Ltd (company no. 16265135) trading as “Hotel Splitter” ("Hotel Splitter", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information we collect via www.hotel-splitter.com and related services. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. The service is for Users aged 18+.

Our Platform uses a small number of cookies to function and improve your experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
5 International Transfers
Some service partners are located, or store data, outside the UK/EU. When we transfer personal data internationally we rely on one of the following safeguards:
- a UK adequacy regulation (e.g., Israel);
- the ICO-approved International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses plus the UK Addendum (e.g., US analytics providers); or
- an exception under UK GDPR Art 49 where the transfer is necessary to perform your booking contract.
Additional technical measures (encryption in transit, pseudonymisation) are applied where appropriate.
6 Data Retention

7 Your Rights
You have the right to:

- request rectification or erasure;

- request data portability in machine-readable form;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and
- lodge a complaint with the UK ICO.

8 Security Measures
- All traffic served over HTTPS.
- Card details handled only by PCI-DSS-certified Revolut Pay.
- Production data stored in EU data centres with at-rest encryption.
- Role-based access controls for employees and contractors.
9 Automated Decision-Making
Hotel Splitter’s pricing algorithm ranks hotel combinations by cost and basic relevance. It does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals within the meaning of UK GDPR Art 22.
10 Marketing & Opt-Out
We may send you service emails (booking confirmations, policy updates). You may also receive promotional emails about future Hotel Splitter deals under the soft opt-in exemption. You can opt-out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing data@hotel-splitter.com.
11 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified by email or prominent notice on the Platform. The revision date at the top is the effective date.
